We will engage in energising flows to wake up your body and calming breathing exercises to relax your mind. Together, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The class is suitable for those without any major injuries or physical limitations with some experience of yoga. This is a grounded balanced practice leaving you feeling calm, vibrant and refreshed.

Hatha is a time-tested system that integrates physical movement, breathing techniques, and meditative practices, with asanas held for longer periods to enhance stability, flexibility, and muscle strength while improving posture and calming the mind. We have incorporated a dynamic flow to promote sustained movement and vitality.
